My Profile

My Profile is where you update the details that identify you inside Acqui — the name and photo teammates see, your contact details, and the timezone used for your schedule and reports.

Open it from Settings → My Profile. Changes apply to your user only.

  • First Name and Last Name — how you appear to teammates across the workspace.
  • Email — the email you sign in with. This is read-only. To change it, contact support.
  • Phone — a contact number for teammates and workflows that notify you by phone.

Optional links to your public LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest profiles. Acqui only reads public profile content.

Set Default Timezone to your working timezone. Acqui uses this to show dates and times (appointments, schedules, audit timestamps) in your local time. Other users see those same times in their own timezones.

Upload a .jpg or .png profile image. It appears next to your name in the app. Maximum file size 20 MB.

Click Save Profile to apply changes. Click Cancel to discard them.

  • To change which emails, push notifications, and in-app alerts you receive, open Notification Preferences.
  • To change your password, sign out and use Forgot password on the sign-in screen, or use the password reset link in your account email.

Your workspace role (for example, Admin or Team Member) determines what you can see and do. It is set by an admin in Team Management and is not edited from this page.
