Supplier Information

Supplier Information is where you keep the vendors you buy from — their company details, the people you deal with there, the invoices you’ve received, and any ongoing contracts. It’s the supplier-side counterpart of the Clients list.

FieldPurpose
NameSupplier company name as it appears on purchase orders and supplier invoices.
Email, Phone, WebsitePrimary contact channels.
AddressUsed for reference and for formal purchase orders.
SourceHow you found the supplier — reference only.
Social profilesLinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest.
NotesFreeform internal notes, e.g. “net 30 terms”, “delivers Tuesdays only”.

Opening a supplier gives you three tabs:

  • Contacts — the people you deal with at that supplier (see Supplier Contacts).
  • Invoices — every supplier invoice from this vendor, with status, amount, due date, and what’s still outstanding.
  • Contracts — ongoing agreements with this supplier, including effective dates, expiry, value, and status.

This gives you a single place to check “how much do we owe them?” or “when does our contract renew?” without flipping between sections.

  • Add or update a supplier — fill in the details in the drawer and save.
  • Add supplier contacts — record the people you deal with at that supplier.
  • Review outstanding invoices — see what’s unpaid and due soon from the Invoices tab.
  • Track a contract — record the terms, effective and expiry dates, and value of an agreement.
  • Archive a supplier — hide suppliers you no longer use while keeping the history.
