Personas
Personas are short profiles of the people you want to reach with your marketing. Each persona captures who they are, what they care about, and how they prefer to be talked to, so everyone on your team writes for the same audience.

How personas are used
Section titled “How personas are used”When you draft content with AI assistance elsewhere in Marketing, you can point the draft at a persona. The tone, goals, pain points, and preferred channels you captured here shape the wording so the draft speaks to the right audience.
Keep personas focused and specific. Three well-written personas are more useful than a dozen vague ones.
