Sales Activity
Sales Activity is your log of calls, emails, meetings, and messages with clients and prospects. Use it to capture what was discussed and when, so anyone picking up an account later can see the full conversation history at a glance.
Key fields
Section titled “Key fields”| Field | Purpose |

| Date, Time | When the interaction happened. |
| Direction | inbound (they reached out), outbound (you reached out), or internal (a note for the team). |
| Channel | Phone, email, meeting, WhatsApp, social message, in-person, etc. |
| Category | Optional grouping — for example, “Sales”, “Support”, “Check-in”. Useful for filtering. |
| Client, Contact | Who the activity is with. At least one should be set. |
| Subject | Short summary you’ll see in the list. |
| Description, Notes | The detail of what was discussed or agreed. |
Where activity shows up
Section titled “Where activity shows up”- In the Sales Activity list, filterable by client, contact, date range, direction, channel, and category.
- Inside a Client drawer, so you can see every interaction with that organisation.
- Inside a Contact drawer, so you can see every interaction with a specific person.
Typical things you’ll do
Section titled “Typical things you’ll do”- Log a call or meeting — add a new activity with the date, direction, channel, and a quick summary.
- Note a follow-up — log an internal activity so the team knows what’s next.
- Review the history — open a client or contact and browse the activity tab chronologically.
