Sales Activity

Sales Activity is your log of calls, emails, meetings, and messages with clients and prospects. Use it to capture what was discussed and when, so anyone picking up an account later can see the full conversation history at a glance.

FieldPurpose
Date, TimeWhen the interaction happened.
Directioninbound (they reached out), outbound (you reached out), or internal (a note for the team).
ChannelPhone, email, meeting, WhatsApp, social message, in-person, etc.
CategoryOptional grouping — for example, “Sales”, “Support”, “Check-in”. Useful for filtering.
Client, ContactWho the activity is with. At least one should be set.
SubjectShort summary you’ll see in the list.
Description, NotesThe detail of what was discussed or agreed.
  • In the Sales Activity list, filterable by client, contact, date range, direction, channel, and category.
  • Inside a Client drawer, so you can see every interaction with that organisation.
  • Inside a Contact drawer, so you can see every interaction with a specific person.
  • Log a call or meeting — add a new activity with the date, direction, channel, and a quick summary.
  • Note a follow-up — log an internal activity so the team knows what’s next.
  • Review the history — open a client or contact and browse the activity tab chronologically.
