Social Post Tracking
Social Post Tracking shows the posts you have already published, so you can see what is out there and how each one is performing.
Open Social Post Tracking
Section titled “Open Social Post Tracking”From the main menu, go to Marketing > Social Post Tracking.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”The page is split into two panels:
- Pages (left) — a list of the social pages you have connected. Each entry shows the channel icon and the page name.
- Posts (right) — the posts from whichever page is selected, with the post text and the date it was created.
Click a page on the left to load its posts on the right.
Connecting a channel
Section titled “Connecting a channel”Posts only appear for pages you have connected. To connect a page, go to Profile > Integrations and sign in to the channel. Once connected, the page appears in the Pages list on this screen.
Supported channels
Section titled “Supported channels”- Facebook Pages — available today. Posts and basic details appear after connecting.
- Other social channels (for example, LinkedIn, Instagram, X) — coming soon. When these land, they will appear in the same Pages list.
Metrics
Section titled “Metrics”Post-level metrics (reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, clicks) are being added channel by channel. Until they are available for a given channel, only the post text and created date are shown.
Link posts to campaigns
Section titled “Link posts to campaigns”Each post can be tied to a campaign so you can see performance for a launch or theme in one place. Select a post, click Link to Campaign in the details drawer, and pick the campaign. The link is kept with the post and is used when campaign-level reporting rolls up.
Typical tasks
Section titled “Typical tasks”- Check what went out last week. Select the page and skim the Posts list for recent dates.
- Find a specific post. Select the page, then use the search or filter box above the Posts list.
- Tie a post to a campaign. Open the post and click Link to Campaign.
