Content Calendar
The Content Calendar gives you one view of everything your marketing team has planned — blog posts, social posts, email sends, and campaigns — so you can spot gaps, avoid overlap, and keep a steady cadence.
Open the Content Calendar
Section titled “Open the Content Calendar”From the main menu, go to Marketing > Content Calendar.
Switch between views using the toggle above the calendar:
- Month — a full month grid. Best for spotting gaps and balancing channels across weeks.
- Week — a seven-day view with more detail per entry. Best for day-to-day planning.
- List — a chronological list of upcoming items. Best for quick scanning and triage.
Add a post
Section titled “Add a post”- Click an empty day on the calendar, or click Add Post at the top right.
- The post drawer opens on the right.
- Choose a Channel (for example, Blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, Email).
- Enter a Title and a short Summary.
- Set the Publish Date and Time.
- Link a Persona if you want the draft tailored to a specific audience.
- Link a Campaign if the post is part of a larger push.
- Click Save to add it to the calendar as a draft, or Schedule to queue it for publishing.
Reschedule a post
Section titled “Reschedule a post”Drag a post to a new day on the Month or Week view. The publish date updates immediately. To change the time as well, click the post and edit Publish Time in the drawer.
Filter by channel
Section titled “Filter by channel”Use the filter bar above the calendar to narrow what you see:
- Channel — show only Blog, only LinkedIn, and so on.
- Campaign — show only posts attached to a specific campaign.
- Status — Draft, Scheduled, or Published.
Filters stack, so you can look at scheduled LinkedIn posts for a single campaign in one click.
Typical tasks

- Move a launch. Drag the launch post to its new day; any linked social posts stay where they are unless you move them too.
